Hot Fudge Topping

3 level tablespoons cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
2 Tbsp. water
2/3 c. Carnation milk

Mix ingredients together and boil slowly for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 tablespoons butter. Makes 1 cup.
